Services

What we build and install

Software and networks from Belgium, for companies that would rather do it properly once. Two crafts, eight services, one standard.

Who we work with

A good fit if

  • You run or lead a company of 10 to 150 people, or a funded startup, and software matters to how you make money.
  • You want a partner who will challenge the brief, not just execute it.
  • You care about performance, accessibility and security because your customers do.
  • You want to own the result: code, infrastructure, data, documentation.
  • You want one partner for your software and the network it runs over.
  • You want a network that is documented and stays yours.

Probably not a fit if

  • The lowest quote wins. We compete on total cost of ownership and outcome, not on day rate.
  • You need a page-builder site by Friday. There are good agencies for that; we are not one.
  • You want a large team with an account manager in between. Here you talk to the people who build.
  • You want the cheapest installer for three access points from the DIY store. We measure first; that sometimes means fewer devices, but never less care.

Software & web

The web applications, websites, SaaS platforms and automations your business runs on. Built to the standard of the products you already admire.

01Web apps

Web applications

Software that replaces the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.

Internal tools, customer portals and operational dashboards, built to fit the way your business actually works. Secure, fast, and owned by you.

Deliverables

  • Production web application on Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL
  • Authentication with roles and permissions
  • Integrations and import of existing data
  • Automated tests, CI/CD pipeline, monitoring and backups
  • Technical documentation and handover

Good fit if

  • The process is specific to your business and no SaaS quite fits.
  • Mistakes in the current setup cost real money or time.
  • You want to own the tool instead of renting it.

e.g.Quote automation for a manufacturer

02Websites

Websites

A website that makes the company look the way it actually is.

Marketing and corporate websites built with Next.js: fast, accessible, search-ready and easy to keep current. Designed to convert, measured to prove it.

Deliverables

  • Design system and page templates
  • Next.js website, statically rendered and self-hosted or on your platform of choice
  • SEO foundation: metadata, structured data, sitemap, redirects
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA
  • Analytics with goals, and a handover guide for content

Good fit if

  • The website has to win B2B trust, not just exist.
  • You want measurable performance and SEO, not a template.
  • You would rather have five excellent pages than fifty average ones.

e.g.Website for a professional services firm

03SaaS

SaaS platforms

From first version to paying customers, without a rebuild in between.

Multi-tenant SaaS products for founders and companies productising what they know. Built to ship fast and to survive success: authentication, billing, roles, data isolation and the boring parts done right.

Deliverables

  • Production SaaS application on Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Prisma
  • Authentication, organisations, roles and permissions
  • Subscription billing and invoicing integration
  • Admin tooling, audit logging and data export
  • CI/CD, monitoring, backups, security hardening and documentation

Good fit if

  • You have validated the problem and need a product, not another prototype.
  • You want a technical partner who pushes back on scope.
  • You expect to hire your own team later and want a codebase they can inherit.

e.g.SaaS platform for a B2B logistics company

04Automation & AI

Business automation & AI

The work that fills your week, done in the background.

We automate the processes that eat your team's time: quotes, onboarding, reporting, document handling, follow-ups. Plain workflows where they suffice, AI where it adds real value, and a human check where it matters.

Deliverables

  • Process map with measured baseline
  • Automation built on your existing systems (email, ERP, CRM, accounting, documents)
  • AI components with evaluation, guardrails and human review where needed
  • Logging, error handling and alerts
  • Before-and-after measurement and documentation

Good fit if

  • A repetitive process costs you more than a few hours a week.
  • The rules are mostly known, with exceptions a person can review.
  • You want results in production, not a proof of concept.

e.g.Quote automation for a manufacturer

05Freelance

Freelance development

A senior developer in your team, for as long as you need one.

Sometimes you do not need an agency. You need one senior person who can join the team on Monday, understand the codebase by Wednesday and ship by Friday. That is also what we do.

What is included

  • Senior engineering time, part-time or full-time, with a monthly cap you set
  • Code reviews, architecture input and mentoring where wanted
  • Written handover notes at the end of the engagement
  • Belgian invoicing and contract, GDPR-compliant by default

Good fit if

  • Your stack is modern TypeScript, or you want it to be.
  • You need judgement as much as output.
  • You want a person, not a bench.

Network installation · Cameras & access · Managed network

Networks & infrastructure

Network, Wi-Fi, cameras and access control that just work, every day. Designed and installed on Ubiquiti UniFi, documented, and yours. Every network service starts with a free on-site survey.

06Network installation

Network design & installation

Network installation for offices, venues and homes

A network designed for your building and your people: gateway, switching, Wi-Fi, cabling, VLANs and VPN on Ubiquiti UniFi. Measured first, installed second. Documented and handed over, so it is yours.

Deliverables

  • Network design: floor plan, bill of materials and VLAN and IP plan
  • Structured cabling and network rack, labelled and neatly finished, together with our partner electrician
  • Gateway, switches and access points on Ubiquiti UniFi, configured and secured
  • Guest Wi-Fi with a captive portal in your brand, where it makes sense
  • As-built documentation and hand-over of hardware, controller and every credential

Good fit if

  • You want a network that is documented and stays yours, not your installer's.
  • You would rather have one partner for your software and the network it runs over.
  • You prefer 'it just works' over the cheapest device installed by Friday.

e.g.Guest Wi-Fi and cameras for a 40-room hotel

07Cameras & access

Cameras & access control

Cameras and access control, without per-camera fees

Cameras and access control on UniFi Protect and UniFi Access, designed for your building and for the law: coverage plan, retention, pictograms and who can open what. Footage stays with you, with no cloud subscription.

Deliverables

  • Coverage plan with camera positions, viewing angles and what stays out of frame
  • UniFi Protect cameras and recorder, local, with no per-camera subscription
  • UniFi Access readers, door controllers and user management in your hands
  • Retention period and access rights configured and documented
  • Pictograms and guidance for the registration, plus hand-over of every credential

Good fit if

  • You want cameras that respect the law, not just cameras that are cheap.
  • You would rather keep the footage with you than in a manufacturer's cloud.
  • You want to manage access without calling an installer for every new employee.

e.g.Guest Wi-Fi and cameras for a 40-room hotel

08Managed network

Managed network & support

Managed network: one fixed monthly fee, no surprises

Monitoring, updates, remote support and on-site response on a monthly Care plan, so the network stops being your problem. You stay the owner of the hardware, the controller and the passwords.

Deliverables

  • Monitoring and alerting on your UniFi controller
  • Monthly firmware and security updates in an agreed window
  • Configuration backup with a documented restore procedure
  • Remote support and on-site response according to your Care tier
  • Quarterly report and annual Wi-Fi re-survey (Standard and up)

Good fit if

  • You want a network that just works, without having to think about it yourself.
  • You want one partner for your website, your software and your network, with one invoice.
  • You have or want a UniFi network, even if someone else installed it.

e.g.Guest Wi-Fi and cameras for a 40-room hotel

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us.

Every project is quoted in writing after a conversation or a site visit. No price list, no surprises.

An hour on site, free

Site survey

The first step for every network, camera or managed-network project. We visit you in [PLACEHOLDER-SERVICE-AREA], measure, listen and look at what is already there. Within 3 business days you get one page of advice with a price bracket per phase. No obligation, and you are free to act on the advice yourself or with someone else.

What you get

  • On-site visit, or a video call for small sites
  • What we saw, what we recommend and what we advise against
  • Bill of materials and price bracket per phase
  • No obligation, no sales pitch

1–2 weeks, fixed scope

Discovery sprint

For when the idea is clear but the plan is not. We map the business goal, the users, the data and the risks, and hand you a written recommendation with architecture, scope and a realistic estimate. You can take it to us or to anyone else.

What you get

  • Workshops with the people who know the process
  • Scope, architecture and data-model outline
  • Prioritised backlog and phased estimate
  • A clear list of what not to build

Fixed scope per phase

Project

A defined product, website, platform, automation or network installation, delivered in phases with a fixed scope and price per phase. Working software every week or a planned cut-over, a launch you can plan around, and a handover you can read.

What you get

  • Phased plan with acceptance criteria
  • Weekly demo of working software, or a cut-over plan
  • Production deployment, monitoring, backups
  • Documentation and full ownership

Monthly, cancel with notice

Partnership

For products that keep evolving. A reserved capacity each month for improvements, new features, security updates and the questions that come up when real users arrive. Also how we embed as a senior freelance developer in your team. If you mainly want everything to keep running, a Care plan is the lighter form.

What you get

  • Reserved senior capacity every month
  • Roadmap review and prioritisation
  • Dependency, security and performance upkeep
  • Direct line to the person who built it

Indicative price bands are not published in v1. We share them on the first call or after the site survey.

Care

After launch and after installation, we stay.

Care is one plan with two tracks: Web Care for your website or application and Network Care for your network, cameras and access control. Bought separately or together, with one agreement, one invoice and one person who picks up.

After launch and after installation, we stay.

Web Care and Network Care together

  • One agreement and one invoice
  • One named contact for software and infrastructure
  • Quarterly roadmap for both, from Growth/Complete

Prices follow financial sign-off and are stated in your quote. A Care plan is never mandatory: everything we build or install stays yours, with or without a plan.

Process

How a project runs.

The same four steps for a two-week automation, a year-long platform or a network across two floors. What changes is the depth, not the discipline.

  1. 01

    Discover

We start with the business goal, not the feature list or the bill of materials. We talk to the people who do the work today, look at the systems and cabling that exist, and find out what would actually change if it worked. For software that is a discovery sprint; for networks, an on-site survey.

    What you get

    • Written recommendation and scope
    • Architecture and data-model outline, or floor plan and bill of materials
    • Phased estimate with risks named
    • Explicit list of what we advise against
  2. 02

    Design

Flows, screens and the data model are agreed before anything is built. Design here means how the product works, not just how it looks. You review clickable screens, not a PDF. For a network: floor plan with devices, VLAN and IP plan and cut-over plan.

    What you get

    • User flows and clickable prototype
    • Design system on our component library
    • Data model and integration plan
    • Accessibility and performance targets set
  3. 03

    Build

Short cycles. Every week you see working software in a preview environment, and every week you can change your mind while it is still cheap. Tests, CI and security checks run from day one. Installations are scheduled outside hours if your business has to stay open.

    What you get

    • Weekly demo in a preview environment
    • Automated tests and CI/CD pipeline
    • Security and dependency audits
    • Progress you can read in the repository
  4. 04

    Launch & grow

Deployed on infrastructure you own, with monitoring, backups and documentation in place. For a network: post-install measurement, as-built file and hand-over of the controller. Then the real work starts: measuring, improving, and cutting what nobody uses.

    What you get

    • Production deployment and runbook, or as-built file
    • Monitoring, alerts and backups
    • Handover documentation
    • Optional partnership or Care plan for what comes next
