A small studio with a high bar

A pixel is the smallest unit of a digital product. Nobody notices it until it is wrong, or until every one of them is right. That is the level we work at, and the name is a reminder.

We started the studio because too much business software is built to be delivered, not to be used. Agencies optimise for the handover; the people using the product live with the result for years. We wanted to build the way the best product companies build: with judgement about what to leave out, obsession about what stays in, and ownership that goes to the client.

Networks came along for the same reason. Too many business networks are installed without a design, without documentation and with the passwords kept by the installer. We bring software discipline to cabling and Wi-Fi: understand first, design next, only then buy or build, write everything down, and put ownership with you. Structured cabling is done together with our partner electrician; design, configuration, post-install measurement and documentation we do ourselves.

So we stay small and senior. No account managers, no juniors learning on your budget, no offshore delivery you never meet. The person you brief on Monday is the person who writes the code or mounts the access point.
